ensure optimal learning outcomes

Attendance and Absence Regulations

• The trainee is responsible for attending all lectures at the scheduled times. The company is not
  liable for compensation unless a valid reason is provided by the trainee. The management
  reserves the right to cancel the course and deny certification if attendance rules are violated. In
  such cases, the trainee is not entitled to a refund or a certificate.
• The allowed absence rate is 20%. If a trainee exceeds this limit, the management has the right to
  cancel the course, and the trainee will not be eligible for a refund or a certificate.

Course Postponement Policy

• Postponement is allowed only in cases of force majeure that prevent attendance. The trainee
  must notify a member of the training team to assess the possibility of rescheduling. If approved,
  a new course date will be assigned by the responsible team member, subject to seat availability,
  with a maximum deferment to the next available session.
• Once a trainee selects a course schedule and begins attendance, postponement or transfer to
  another course schedule is not permitted.
• The company adheres to the scheduled course dates and lectures. However, in cases of
  emergency situations, some schedule adjustments may occur, and trainees will be notified accordingly.

Payment Policy

• The full course fee must be paid at least three days before the course starts.
• For installment payments, 60% of the course fee must be paid three days before the start
  date, and the remaining 40% must be paid within one month from the course start date.
• Adhering to payment deadlines is mandatory. Any delay will result in denied access to lectures
  and course materials without the right to a refund.
• If a company covers the trainee’s course fees, the training management reserves the right to send
  an official report to the company regarding the trainee’s attendance and performance.

Payment Methods

• Payment can be made via bank deposit or electronic payment using credit cards
  (Visa/Mastercard) at the company’s premises.
• Payment is also available through InstaPay, and you can request a payment link via Fawry or
  e-wallets.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. The company retains the intellectual property rights of the training materials provided by the
   instructor, and it is prohibited to reuse, publish, or distribute them without written approval from
   the company and the instructor. Additionally, recording the lecture by audio or video by the
   trainees is not allowed, and legal measures will be taken and the course may be canceled in case
   of violation.
2. Recording the presented content using any means or software is prohibited, and sharing the
   content with anyone who is not enrolled in the material is also forbidden. This includes tests and
   their answers.
3. The company reserves the right to use any visual content (video or images) resulting from the
   training coverage for marketing purposes across all social media platforms.
4. By accepting the service, you implicitly agree to this.
5. The original AutoCAD software is provided only during practical training sessions at the
   company’s premises.
6. The trainee is not entitled to take the software unless they purchase it.
7. The company is not responsible for providing computers for trainees unless they are rented
   during the practical training days at the company’s premises.
